Spa Policies

Cancellation policy

Any appointment changes, including rescheduling or cancellation, must be made via phone call, text, or through the online booking system. To maintain clear and reliable communication, we do not accept cancellations or appointment changes through social media, email, or other messaging platforms.

We require 24-hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Changes made with less than 24-hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 30% of the reserved service(s).

Appointments missed without prior communication will be considered a “no-show” and will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service(s). After a second no-show, full prepayment will be required for all future appointments.

Any cancellation or “no-show” fees will be charged to the card on file.

late arrival policy

To preserve the flow of the schedule and respect the time reserved for all clients, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.

Your technician will assess whether there is sufficient time to complete the service as intended while maintaining the quality of the experience.

Regardless of the remaining service time, the full service fee will still apply.

Lash Fill Policy

Lash Fills are intended to maintain the fullness and structure of your existing set as your natural lashes move through their normal growth cycle.

To achieve the best result, fills can be performed when at least 40% of the extensions remain and when the appointment is scheduled within 4 weeks of your previous fill.

If fewer than 40% of extensions remain, or if it has been more than 4 weeks since your last fill, a new Full Set will be required to properly restore the lash line.

lash repair policy

We offer complimentary lash repairs within 7 days of the original lash extension service. This timeframe allows us to evaluate the application within the intended lash retention period.

Repairs requested after 7 days will generally be considered a new service, and standard pricing will apply.

Repair appointments will be scheduled with the technician who performed the original service, as they are most familiar with the lash design and application. If that technician is unavailable or unable to accommodate the repair within the appropriate timeframe, another technician may assist.

GT LAB reserves the right to assess the lash set and determine whether the appointment qualifies as a repair or requires an additional service. Repairs are intended to address concerns related to the original application and do not apply to normal lash shedding, changes in lash style preference, or sets requiring more extensive work than a standard adjustment.

Foreign Fill Policy

At GT LAB, our priority is the health of your natural lashes and the quality of your final result. For that reason, our technicians reserve the right to determine whether a fill is appropriate.

Prior to your appointment, we ask that you send a clear photo of your current lashes so our technicians can assess your existing set in advance.

Foreign fills remain subject to our standard fill policy. A removal and/or new full set may be recommended if the current application does not align with our standards or compromises the health of your natural lashes. This can include sets with poor retention, uneven application, clumping, excessive weight, or visible signs of damage.
