EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT

Lash Extensions

Customizable Lash Enhancement...

Lash Extensions are designed to replicate the look and feel of natural lashes - available in a variety of lengths, thicknesses, curls, & dimensions.

At GTLAB, we use premium-quality Korean fibers — ultra-lightweight for maximum comfort and longevity.

Extensions are applied one by one to each natural lash for a seamless finish.

Whether you prefer a soft, effortless enhancement or bold, voluminous drama, our expert artists tailor every set to complement your unique beauty.

Application process

Full Set of Lashes

Initial Application of Extensions...

For first-timers or those who have allowed their previous extensions to fully grow out and shed.

Extensions are applied to nearly all natural lashes, transforming the lash line with added length, volume, and definition.

Typically Takes ~2 Hours...

Depending on the lash style you choose and the number of natural lashes you have.

While the length of service may seem excessive - this ensures that every lash is applied with precision, creating seamless and long-lasting results that are tailored to your unique eye shape.

Lash Fills

Essential for Maintaining Full Sets...

Like all hair, natural lashes follow a continuous cycle of growth and shedding.

Extensions shed alongside the natural lash they are attached to - which can lead to sparse areas and an uneven lash line.

Lash Fills restore fullness and maintain the shape & style of your Full Set - replacing lost extensions and adding extensions to new lash growth.

Recommended Every 2-3 Weeks...

Depending on your natural lash cycle, lifestyle, and aftercare routine.

If too many extensions have shed, a standard fill may not be enough to fully restore your lash set, and a Full Set may be required.

If You Skip a Fill...

If you decide not to get a fill, it’s best to have the remaining extensions professionally removed rather than letting them fall out naturally.

Picking at or pulling your lashes can lead to damage natural lashes - something we always want to avoid!

Types of Extensions

Classic

One individual extension is applied to each natural lash for a subtle, natural enhancement.

Hybrid

A mix of classic and volume lashes for a balanced, fuller look.

Volume (3D-5D)

Handmade fans of multiple extensions applied to a single natural lash for a dramatic, fluffy appearance.

Mega Volume (6D+)

Extra lightweight fans with six or more extensions, creating a bold, ultra-full look.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, when applied correctly by a trained professional, lash extensions will not damage your natural lashes.

Each extension is carefully applied ~1mm away from the lash line, ensuring they grow and shed alongside your natural lashes.

Damage only occurs if extensions are applied improperly, are too heavy for your natural lashes, are not properly cared for. Choosing a skilled technician and following proper aftercare ensures your natural lashes stay healthy and strong.

We do not recommend wearing mascara, especially waterproof formulas - most require an oil-based remover, which can break down the adhesive and cause premature shedding.

Additionally, mascara can create buildup along the lash line, leading to poor retention, irritation, and even infections if not properly removed.

To maintain the health and longevity of your lash extensions, it's best to avoid mascara altogether.

Use a gentle, oil-free lash cleanser and a soft brush to clean your lashes daily.

Avoid rubbing, pulling, or using cotton pads as fibers can get stuck in the lashes.

Yes! Unlike traditional adhesives that require 24-48 hours to cure, we shock cure your lashes during application, meaning they are instantly water-resistant.

We do recommend avoiding excessive exposure to moisture (saunas, pools, steam rooms) as this can weaken adhesive bondage.
