Consistent missed appointments affect both our team and others waiting for availability. A No-Show occurs when:
As per our cancellation policy, any appointment marked as a No-Shows will incur a 20% charge of the service(s) booked.
After the first No-Show, a valid credit card will be required to reserve any future appointments.
After the second No-Show, full payment will be required in advance for all future bookings.
Please Note: Appointments booked within the 24-hour period are subject to the same policy.
As a courtesy, we send appointment confirmation messages via SMS and email 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Please make sure your contact information is up to date to receive these reminders.
In the event of a late arrival... Your session may need to be shortened.
Technicians reserve the right to determine if there is sufficient time to complete the service.
Regardless of the service duration, you are responsible for payment of the full session.
To book a Lash Fill, at least 40% of lash extensions must be retained at the time of the appointment. Additionally, appointments must be scheduled within 4 weeks of your previous session.
If lash retention falls below 40%, or if your appointment exceeds the 4-week timeframe, a Full Set will be required.
We strive to provide you with the best care possible. In the event that you are not satisfied with our work, we offer complimentary repairs within 3-5 days of the initial service.
