A removal and/or new full set may be recommended if the current application does not align with our standards or compromises the health of your natural lashes. This can include sets with poor retention, uneven application, clumping, excessive weight, or visible signs of damage.

Foreign fills remain subject to our standard fill policy. If fewer than 40% of the extensions remain, or if it has been more than 4 weeks since your last fill, a new full set will be required.

Yes—but only products that are extension-safe. Oil-based products around the eyes and waterproof formulas are best avoided, as they can interfere with retention and require harsher removal.

Mascara is not recommended on extensions, as it can cause clumping, buildup, and unnecessary stress during cleansing or removal.

If you feel like you need to use mascara, a different style, density, or mapping approach may be a better fit. Your artist can tailor the set accordingly.
