Your complimentary consultation, your initial appointment, and your 4–6 Week (Perfecting) Touch-Up. Permanent makeup is a two-appointment process. Most studios price only the first and quote the second separately at $200 to $250, which puts finished brows closer to $700. There is no second invoice here.

Before Your Appointment

Stop retinol, retinoids, and tretinoin around the brow area at least two weeks beforehand. In the 24 to 48 hours before, avoid blood thinners, alcohol, and caffeine. Do not wax or tint your brows beforehand, and let the hair grow in so there is something to map to. Speak with your doctor before stopping any prescribed medication.

Aftercare

Keeping the area clean and dry is about preventing infection. Avoid sweating, direct sun, makeup, skincare products, hats, and anything else that could carry bacteria to a healing wound. A vitamin ointment is applied throughout your service for maximum healing, and a layer is left on the area before you leave. After 24 hours, clean with water and dry using a dabbing motion. Do not rub or scrub. If the area becomes very dry, Vaseline can be applied for dryness relief only. By that point the scab has formed and acts as its own barrier, but it can get dry, itchy, and flaky. The Vaseline is for comfort, not healing. Healed results settle over several weeks.

The 4–6 Week Window

Your touch-up is scheduled at your first appointment. Some clients choose to forgo it because they are traveling, their schedule will not allow it, or they are simply happy with where their brows landed. That is your call to make. But the window is firm: after six weeks the complimentary touch-up is no longer honored and any further work is priced separately. Beyond that point we are no longer perfecting fresh work, we are correcting healed work, and that is a different job.

How much does permanent makeup cost in Vero Beach?
At GT LAB every brow service is $550, and that is the complete price for finished brows including your consultation and your 4–6 Week Touch-Up. Elsewhere in this market brows are commonly quoted around $450 to $500 with a separate perfecting session at $200 to $250, bringing the true cost closer to $700.
Is the touch-up included?
Yes. The 4–6 Week (Perfecting) Touch-Up is included in your $550 and there is no second invoice. The separate 2–3 year touch-up at $260 is a different thing entirely, a color refresh for returning clients whose original work has softened over time.
Why four to six weeks?
Four weeks is enough time for the skin to finish healing and for pigment to settle to its true retained color, which is when anything needing adjustment becomes visible. The two-week window means scheduling is never the reason your brows wait.
What if I cannot make it within six weeks?
Some clients forgo the touch-up because they are traveling, their schedule will not allow it, or they are happy with their brows as they healed. That is your call. But the complimentary touch-up is not honored past the six week window, and work after that point is priced separately, because correcting fully healed work is a different job than perfecting fresh work. Your appointment is scheduled at your first visit so this rarely comes up.
What is nanoshading?
Fine, fluffy hair strokes that read like your own brow hair. It is the same natural look microblading was known for. The only real difference is how the strokes are made: nanoshading does not use a blade to cut them into the skin.
Nanoshading, powdershading, or combo?
Nanoshading gives individual hair strokes and the most natural finish. Powdershading gives a soft, filled-in look with no strokes at all. Combo pairs both, hair strokes at the front for structure and powder through the body for density, and for most clients it ages best. Gia recommends the right approach at your consultation.
Do you offer microblading?
No. Microblading cuts the skin with a handheld blade, so depth is set by hand across dozens of strokes on skin that is not uniform. Strokes placed too deep blur and shift in tone, and repeated trauma to the same line can leave visible scarring after the pigment is gone. The blade was only ever necessary because nothing else could produce a stroke that fine. Current machines and needle configurations run steadier, with far less vibration and more precise placement than earlier models, so the strokes are just as fine without cutting the skin to get them.
